I recently had the privilege of leading a STEM training session for parents and students, organized by LearnOBots! It was an honor to be chosen to lead this initiative, and it was truly inspiring to see the level of engagement and curiosity from all the participants. This training wasn’t just about equipping students with foundational STEM knowledge, but also about empowering parents with insights into the skills their children need to thrive in a rapidly evolving world. As technology transforms industries and reshapes the workforce, it’s crucial that parents understand the competencies—such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and digital literacy—that will set their children up for success in future careers that may not even exist today. The workshop featured hands-on programming and hardware activities, allowing participants to dive into coding and hardware integration to bring their robots to life.
