Happy New Year everyone! I believe it is always good to take a couple of hours and reflect how things are going in life. Year end feels like quite the natural time for me to do a bigger reflection (as for many people… I wonder where that is coming from). How was 2024 for you? What are you looking forward to in 2025? I wrote down my annual review thoughts and posted them on Medium. Link in the comments!

Insight Timer offers some simple questions to consider as you begin this week. As you determine what your biggest priority is and what you'd like to do more or less of, I'd also invite you to consider what energizes you, what brings you joy? What would make you smile this week? Do more of that! If you are not sure, know that is not uncommon. Many of us get so caught up in our day to day that can lose touch with these things. Consider doing something you enjoyed as a child, reconnect with someone who makes you laugh or feel loved, try something new...be open! Take some time to reflect on how your goals align with your values and consider if any adjustments could bring your into greater alignment. If you would like to some guidance, I invite you to join me on Insight Timer for my Create your Day; A Morning Meditation Practice. https://lnkd.in/eT_XCBCJ #growthmindset #mindfulness #meditation #goals #values #personalgrowth #coaching #therapy #expansion
Start your week by asking a couple of simple, yet powerful questions that keep our end goals in clear view.
