Yesterday was a Monday and the language spoken at *Legal Hub Academy* was the language of the Law of Contracts ✅ Tonight we dived deeper into the dialect of _Formalities v Validity_ of a contract. The general view is that the two concepts are quite different & separate but sometimes, to succeed, one might depend on the other. The law might prescribe certain formalities to be observed for Validity to prevail. E.g. in the Alienation of Land (selling, exchange and donation of land)✨ We are in the business of saving the semester ⚖️ 📌 Come What May.....
