CM Eknath Shinde has introduced a stipend initiative to boost economy and incentivise the internships offered to students, the structure is as follows: Rs: 6000 to 12th pass Rs: 8000 to diploma holders Rs: 10,000 to graduates And we are still on a mindset to accept meager stipends of 5000. Worse than a 12th pass. And an even worse part is that most firms in Indore have a practice of giving Rs. 2000 as a stipend, heights of discouragment for a student. Once I had a conversation with Ex- President of ICSI, wont name him for obvious reasons and the conclusion was we are giving you the exposure, be grateful and move on. I am not saying in any sense that the profession is bad or anything but IT NEEDS REFORMS, Students SHOULD be able to ATLEAST SUSTAIN themselves. Dushyant Jain sir, any remedies ?

Stepping into Daulat Ram College, Delhi University, was a thrilling experience filled with immense learning and growth. Initially, I thought school life was tough, but college proved to be even more challenging. It's not just about studies; the focus on internships and placements adds a new layer of pressure. LinkedIn, while a valuable platform, often feels overwhelming seeing others land big internships and opportunities, making me wonder, "Why not me?" I quickly realized that friends really do change in college. One major lesson I learned is that being alone is sometimes better than being with bad friends. For the next two years, I plan to focus on personal growth, just like I did in school. Throughout this year, I faced numerous rejections in interviews for societies and internships. Initially, I was clueless about how recruitment worked or which fields my major students typically get placed in, but I've figured it out now. As I embark on my second-year journey starting tomorrow, I pray for continued success and growth. Here’s to new beginnings and endless possibilities!
