Solid advancement with Pure Resources Ltd (ASX:PR1) Reedy Creek Garnet project on a granted Mining Lease the Outcropping Garnet Trend has been identified to extend to 3.3km. Pure’s Executive Chairman, Mr Patric Glovac, commented: “We are very pleased with the finding from further fieldwork at the Reedy Creek Garnet Project which has delineated a three-fold increase to the outcropping garnet trend that sits within the granted mining lease. The Reedy Creek Project represents a unique, high-quality, hard rock garnet project with abundant outcropping garnet grading up to 90% from surface. The Reedy Creek Project has the potential to be one of only three commercially viable hard rock garnet mines in the world “This is an important discovery for the Company as it indicates there is potential to deliver significant resource growth at the Reedy Creek Project with additional drilling. We are confident of rapidly progressing the project through feasibility and mining studies with a view to becoming a long mine-life, Australian garnet producer and one of the few hard-rock garnet producers globally. “This new discovery significantly increases the resource and mine-life potential of the project”. #asx #garnet

"The recent purchase of the Silver Monarch Property adds to an extensive mineral package already controlled by Sidney Resources within the Warren Mining District, central Idaho. The Silver Monarch was a group of patented mines centered on a vein stock-work system that targeted high grade gold and silver pockets similar to many of the other large producing mines of the district. Initial Geochem data taken from dump material in the fall of 2024 indicates the property has serious merit. Strategic base metals and REE's stand out from the initial sampling. The Silver Monarch adds an additional +/- 40 acres of deeded patents that are strategically located and will be crucial for future mine planning. The purchase is a great fit and will play a key role in the strategy to expand operations to the south-east part of the district," said Steve Dobson, Chief Geologist for Sidney Resources.

Buying mining assets is just so much easier than building them. We set the industry standard with new assets that no existing project could meet. I am ok with this, but it means the legacy owners of established mines will trade at a premium to juniors and development projects for a long time. I don't know if Regis Resources Ltd or the Australian Government is correct, but this proves why I expect Anglo American to be sold for top dollar once it has de-merged from its lower-quality assets. https://lnkd.in/eJPCjn-B
