We know, we know, this week's Wednesday Wisdom seems familiar. "Consider the group" or "Know your demographic" - but no matter how obvious the piece of advice seems, it needs to be reiterated... Just recently, we had a group where attendees showed up in business professional attire for a fun, physical team building event. The only person who was excited about the event? The person in charge who "booked" the activity. While of course it's important for the "boss" be excited about your group's team builder, it's just as important for the rest of the group to be excited about it too. Without active participation, you're defeating the purpose of hosting a team building experience (bringing he group together, bonding, etc.) - not to mention wasting your investment. Not sure what type of activity is the right fit for your team? Ask our team of experts! WildlyDifferent.com #EmployeeEngagement #TeamBuilding

Bubli team bonding experiences are usually split into two sessions, here’s why. If you’ve never attended a team bonding experience facilitated by Bubli by culr you’re really missing out 😅 — and if you have, you can probably recall there’s a short break out session at the start of the event and a group activity after. One major reason for going with this flow is because we understand, every team has diverse set of people with varying ideas of what’s fun to them. To ensure the success of each team bonding experience, we intentionally structure them in a way that makes sure there’s something in it for every one of the guests in attendance… And that the guests are left with a lot of memorable moments. Hence, why there’s usually a break out session before the group activity or the main activity, especially for games centric experiences. A little break out session for people to bond, chitchat, and interact over games in silos — and a competitive group session that brings everyone together, ensuring participation across board. Looking to make your next team bonding event your most memorable one yet? Feel free to shoot me a DM.

Team morale is down. Time for another happy hour. Or logo backpack? No. Teams bond by going through hard challenges together. They develop resilience. Build deep connections with each other. Feel collective pride in achievement. So instead of booking the next boondoggle or company swag, consider: - Can we detach and do some hard training together? - Can we stretch and take on a big project together? - Are we too siloed? Can we all come together on the big priority? Save the happy hour for celebrating your big win! What has worked for you? How do you increase team bonding? 👉 Follow Jeff Bellamy ♻️ Repost to help your network build strong teams.

When you have tackled the serious and done the hard work, it is important to take time and just have fun! 8 hours of conferences/meetings, power points and talks is exhausting. And that is where our team and bricks come into play - to bring the team together and build team camaraderie. 1. Use our bricks to break up a long day - bring energy and excitement to the team. 2. Celebrate the completion of a team day - appreciate the commitment and support of the team. 3. Or launch the day and set the tone of creativity, conversation, and collaboration - inspire and build confidence in your team. Our event leaders will plan a session to suit your team and your objectives. Alternatively, try a completely different focus and use our SERIOUS PLAY workshops as the foundation and learning focus for your next team day. This process will ensure everyone has an equal voice, and the team end the day with a commitment and set of simple guiding principles to guide team life post-workshop. We are here to help - help with fun, or help with strategy and deeper team building - and look forward to hearing from you. #teamsuccess #legoseriousplayfacilitator #TeamDevelopment #UnleashYourCreativity #HouseOfBricks #UnleashCreativity #inspiration #teambuilding #creativity #competition
