Many thanks to Dr. Yi Chich Chiu, Director of Taiwan Agricultural Mechanisation Research and Development Center TAMRDC and his delegation for their visit at ATB. Longevity is always important, whether you are a human or a tuft of grass! So here is our answer to this existential question: The perennial groundcover species can be maintained more or less indefinitely. There will be some maintenance costs associated with reseeding in certain situations. In the case of grass, think of it as being like a lawn managed with minimal inputs.
