OpenAI just dropped a bombshell with their new AI model: o1, aka "Strawberry." 🍓 Here’s why everyone’s talking about it: - It’s smarter than most humans in competitive programming (top 89%) & math competitions (83% accuracy in IMO qualifiers). - It can solve PhD-level physics, bio, and chem problems. - Two versions: one for high-stakes tasks and another that’s 80% cheaper. But there’s a catch: - It’s pricier and slower than GPT-4o. - No web browsing or image features (yet). Still, it’s a HUGE leap forward in reasoning. — I share my learning journey here. Join me and let's grow together. Enjoy this? Repost it to your network and follow Karn Singh for more. #AI #OpenAI #Innovation #TechUpdates

Hey Everyone! I’m excited to share a new project I’ve added to my portfolio: a Shakespeare Language Model built using Transformer architecture in PyTorch. Inspired by Andrej Karpathy’s "Zero to Hero" series, this model can generate Shakespeare-style text using both character-level and token-level predictions. Key takeaways from this project include a deeper understanding of multi-head attention in transformers, handling large datasets on limited hardware, and working with the OpenAI API for text tokenization. Check out the details and code on my GitHub: https://lnkd.in/ezhdPGyk #AI #MachineLearning #Transformers #PyTorch #LanguageModels
