August 25, 2017 The date we never forget!! Someone's birthday? Someone's anniversary? No❌ It’s when we made our very first sale. We thought: it would be a magical moment.Well, even if it was—just not in the way we imagined :) 📍Unprepared:We weren’t fully ready for our first customer, and that made everything chaotic. (Still, we love that day). 📍Sudden Demand:Right after the first sale, more people lined up to buy, and we weren’t expecting such a rush. (Still, we love that day). 📍Overwhelmed: In the excitement, we forgot to even change the hands on the first clock sold. (Still, we love that day) Looking back, that day wasn’t perfect, but it taught us valuable lessons. Much valuable lessons. P.S. Have you ever faced a moment that wasn’t what you expected? #firstsales

It’s not always about you!! I know you’re excited about your product / service and all its wonderful features, why this one is the one! But here’s the thing it’s not about you … it’s about them 🤷♀️ Your next client or customer doesn’t care about what you’re excited about! She’s not laying awake at night thinking about your product or service, She’s laying awake at night thinking about her problems, her struggles and how the hell she overcomes them 🤔 I’m not saying no one cares about you or what you have to say It IS about how you show the value you can bring by sharing in a different way Share the solution you offer, the difference you and your product will make to her … not the practical details … show her you can solve her struggles. Show you have the answer to the question that is keeping her awake Because it’s not about you …
