🚫 A Disappointing Experience with Zepto 🚫 I wanted to share a recent experience I had with Zepto that has left me deeply frustrated and concerned about their service quality. On June 8th, 2024, I placed an order with Zepto (Order No: 7CD9ADRSP55598). Upon receiving the packet, I was shocked to find black fungus inside the rice packet—it was completely rotten! 😟 I immediately reached out to Zepto customer care and spoke with SunilKumar Shreshtha. To my surprise, he claimed that the store had checked the item before delivery and found it in good condition. When I asked if they had opened the rice packet before delivering it to me, he evaded the question and simply said they would send feedback to the store, but could not replace the item or process a return. This is the second time I've received a packet with this same issue. The first time, I chose to overlook it, but this time I can't tolerate it. This is my hard-earned money, and I believe I deserve better service and quality. I'm extremely disappointed with Zepto's handling of the situation and their lack of accountability. Compared to platforms like Tata bigbasket.com, Zepto has proven to be the worst for grocery orders. I urge everyone to think twice before placing an order on Zepto. Unfortunately, it was not a positive one. After purchasing a Induction from Kent through Flipkart, I encountered several issues. The product was defective,and despite multiple attempts to reach out to customer service, I received minimal assistance. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, especially considering the reputation of both companies. I hope this feedback helps in improving their service quality for future customers. Branding their service Minutes isn't really going to make people think of Flipkart Minutes when they see ads from other q comm brands, is it? I guess after being the nth "delivery in minutes" offering, there's nothing new left to say! And the use of the brand ambassador in the ad seems quite forced too. What do you feel? Harshit Mitra shreya shekhar It’s incredibly disappointing to share my recent experience with Wabi Sabi Styles a brand I once trusted. Over two months ago, I placed an order for a dress (Order #30440), only to be informed 2 days back that the fabric is still unavailable. Your team is pathetic and they do not not how to treat their customers. What’s even more disheartening is that when I requested a refund due to their inability to fulfill the order, my request was denied. This delay and refusal are entirely unacceptable. As a customer, I entrusted Wabi Sabi with my hard-earned money, expecting professionalism and reliability, but this experience has been far from either. Brands need to understand that customer satisfaction isn’t optional—it’s essential. I urge Wabi Sabi Styles to take responsibility and process my refund immediately. Resolving this issue promptly would demonstrate respect for your customers and their trust in your brand. Hoping for a swift resolution—this isn’t the service I expected from a brand like yours.

Today marks my last order with Zepto. Zepto has been overcharging me—and likely millions of other customers—by billing above MRP under the guise of "MRP + GST." As a loyal customer, one often overlooks subtle additions on trusted platforms, especially in case of smaller amounts. Unfortunately, this trust of ours has been exploited in what seems to be a deliberate malpractice. FYI this comes after multiple incidents (much earlier), when Zepto would not automatically apply free delivery despite of Zepto Pass.
