The key to successful project management isn’t your method. It’s your flexibility and the speed at which you can adapt to change.⏱️ Rigid project management frameworks can often fall short when faced with dynamic project requirements. During one of my last projects, we quickly noticed the waterfall methodology was at play. This causes long delivery timelines and difficulties in adapting to changes. We introduced a more flexible approach by blending agile into the mix 🔄 — Adopted sprints for quicker cycles — Held daily stand-up meetings for immediate feedback & adjustments — Conducted retrospectives to refine our processes. This hybrid of agile and waterfall allowed us to navigate complexities and deliver incremental value to our clients. Get out of your head and rigid frameworks. Flexibility isn’t just an advantage; it’s essential for modern project management.🚀 #ProjectManagement #Agile #Waterfall

In the post-pandemic era, there have been renewed efforts to find a more reliable and efficient methodology for project success. To that end, organizations have begun experimenting with a hybrid approach in which they combine different elements from two or more project management methodologies.
