Just presented my poster at HitRi 2024 - 8th Congress of Emergency Medicine! Our case report, "Pulmonary Thromboembolism Concealed Behind Lumbar Pain," sheds light on a critical diagnostic challenge. Our patient, a 36-year-old female, presented with severe lumbar pain, which upon investigation, unveiled a pulmonary thrombus. This atypical presentation underscores the importance of recognizing diverse symptoms of PTE for prompt diagnosis and treatment.
