It’s time to break that cycle. Your feelings are valid, and reaching out doesn’t make you less of a man—it shows immense courage. True strength lies in prioritizing your well-being, opening up about your struggles, and taking steps toward healing. Remember, you are not alone on this journey. Support is available through friends, family, mental health professionals, and community support groups. Together, we can break the silence, fight the stigma, and encourage a culture where men feel safe to express their emotions and seek help. It's important to remember that our mental health is just as important as our physical health. Just like we take care of our bodies, we also need to take care of our minds. 💬Remember that it's also okay to ask for help when you need it. Whether it's talking to a trusted friend or family member, seeking therapy or counseling, or joining a support group - reaching out and talking about our struggles can help alleviate our burdens. 🌱Small daily habits can also make a big difference in maintaining good mental health. This can include getting enough sleep, eating well-balanced meals, staying hydrated, and engaging in activities that bring joy and relaxation to our lives. 💚Taking care of our mental health not only benefits ourselves but also those around us. When we prioritize self-care and manage our emotions in healthy ways, we are better equipped to handle challenges and maintain positive relationships with others. 🤝Let's all work towards breaking the stigma surrounding mental health by openly talking about it and supporting each other. Together, we can create a more compassionate and understanding society. 🌻Remember, it's okay to not be okay sometimes. But know that you are never alone and there is always help available. Take care of yourself and prioritize your mental well-being - you deserve it. #colettelouisetisdahl #cltfoundation #mentalhealthmatters #mentalhealth #YouAreNotAlone #EndTheStigma

On this World Mental Health Day, we want to remind everyone that mental health is not just a topic for headlines or awareness campaigns—it’s a daily reality for each of us. We live in a world that celebrates the hustle, the constant drive to achieve more. But today, let’s acknowledge the quiet strength it takes to pause, reflect and take care of our mental well-being. It’s not always easy to admit when we’re overwhelmed, anxious or feeling low, but it takes courage to be vulnerable and recognize that we need support. Whether you’re the CEO of a company or just starting your journey, mental health touches us all. There’s no shame in needing rest, asking for help or stepping back when things feel heavy. In fact, it’s in those moments of care that we build our resilience. Let’s continue breaking the stigma around mental health and create spaces where it’s okay to not be okay. Remember: the strongest thing you can do is take care of yourself. #WorldMentalHealthDay #MentalWellness #BreakTheStigma #SelfCareIsStrength

Mental health is health, and health is for all. This July, in honor of #MinorityMentalHealthMonth, we're highlighting the resilience that comes with seeking support for your wellbeing. Let’s end the stigma and break down barriers to mental health care. Sharing powerful words from former First Lady Michelle Obama: “Whether an illness affects your heart, your arm, or your brain, it’s still an illness, and there shouldn’t be any distinction. We shouldn’t treat mental health conditions any differently. Instead, we should make it clear that getting help isn’t a sign of weakness – it’s a sign of strength – and we should ensure that people can get the treatment they need.” #MinorityMentalHealthAwarenessMonth #MentalHealthIsHealth #MentalHealthMatters

Whether you're supporting a colleague, a loved one, or taking time to care for your own well-being, remember that it's okay not to be okay—and that help is always within reach.
