Want to see more demos going into your pipeline as an AE? First make account plans/prospecting plans and label your accounts by priority. High should be accounts with a perfect fit and a ton of buying signals based on your product. Medium is an account that either has a ton of buying signals and isn’t your standard fit or is a perfect fit with less signals. Low is a perfect fit with no signals indication they’re looking for a solution. Secondly meet with your SDR team. Help develop messaging, give them your account plan, and work with them to develop a plan. Not only do they get better as a result but you will see a ton more organized outreach in your segment. Forget your sales methodology. This is all you need to know to sell effectively. 1️⃣ What's their current state? 2️⃣ What's their desired state? 3️⃣ What obstacles are in their way? 4️⃣ Can your product or solution solve for any of those obstacles? ✅ YES - show them how ❌ NO - introduce them to someone who can. That's it. The "Yes" turn into demos. The "No" turn into a networking opportunity. Can we please stop overcomplicating sales?
