Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Google Ads Specialist with 2 years of experience to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and analyzing ad campaigns across Google Ads platforms, ensuring optimal performance and ROI. Key Responsibilities 1. Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video, and Shopping platforms. 2. Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and negative keywords. 3. Develop compelling ad copy and optimize creatives for better engagement and conversion rates. 4. Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and implement strategies to optimize results. 5. Allocate and manage budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI within the allocated ad spend. 6. Conduct split testing of ads, landing pages, and audience segments to improve performance. 7. Use Google Analytics and Google Ads reporting tools to generate insights and prepare performance reports for stakeholders. 8. Perform competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. 9. Keep up-to-date with the latest Google Ads updates, trends, and best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads. Certifications: Google Ads Certification is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other ad performance tools.
