Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant tools. 4. Strong analytical skills with experience in using data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Everyone wants to hire a digital marketer who has mastered several platforms and domains. No one wants… …to hire a “job hopper.” Truth is: - The more Google Analytics accounts you’ve seen, the better you are at recognizing patterns in data. - The more websites you’ve audited, the stronger your process is, increasing the probability of designing a better experience. - The more ad accounts you’ve managed, the quicker you can spot the basic errors that make executives wonder where their money is going. - Not to mention the demand for experience with multiple SEO, CMS, and CRM platforms. Organizations don’t change these things over often. You’ll learn one with each job. Just thinking about this because I’ve worked in a lot of positions in the past 7 years. And my experience at each was unique and made me better. What else am I leaving off here? Agency experience certainly helps, right?
