Job Overview We are looking for a skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing, a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, and a proven track record of driving successful campaigns. Key Responsibilities 1. Design and implement performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn). 2. Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance metrics such as ROI, CPA, CPC, and CTR. 3. Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including setup, tracking, optimization, and reporting. 4. Conduct A/B testing to evaluate and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies. 5. Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. 6. Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance and business impact to stakeholders. Qualifications 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising. 2. Proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale performance marketing campaigns. 3. Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant tools. 4. Strong analytical skills with experience in using data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
