Should you give up If You Haven’t Made Any Progress in the Last Year? Measuring your improvement as an entrepreneur is crucial for growth. Here are 3 simple ways to track your progress: 💎 Review your year: Every 12 months, take a look at where you are and compare it to where you were a year ago. 💎 Track key metrics: Whether it’s revenue, clients, or meetings scheduled, consistently tracking the right numbers will tell you if you're heading in the right direction. 💎 Seek feedback: Reach out to your clients, or mentors for honest feedback can reveal areas for improvement you hadn’t considered. What’s the most significant change you’ve seen in your business over the last year? #realestate #entrepreneurship
I'd say it's been more of a holding pattern for most of my business activity, one project declined quite a bit and is now on the path to rebounding. Biggest thing: end goals are taking longer to achieve in this economic environment. The key now is to keep pushing, stay gritty and allow more time to get to where we want to go Levi Blum
Great insights! Reflecting on progress and seeking feedback are essential for growth. I've found that even small wins can lead to significant change over time. Looking forward to hearing everyone’s biggest transformations in the past year! 💪 #Entrepreneurship

Reviewing your progress regularly is essential to growth. Tracking key metrics and seeking feedback keeps you aligned with your goals and helps identify blind spots. The most significant change in my business this past year has been refining our processes for better client outcomes, which has made a huge difference in efficiency and satisfaction.
Keep at it Levi Blum
How can you get to where from where you are to where you want to be? This is a crucial step for all entrepreneurs to understand how they can grow, what they are lacking and how to improve.
I think we should even track our monthly progress. At the end of every month, write a brief review our failures, small successes, things we want to work towards improving. Taking the time to review ourselves can provide valuable insights and help us keep on the right track.
Levi Blum Great advice! Progress isn’t always about big leaps but steady, consistent improvement. What’s your biggest lesson from last year?
