💡 ADHD Hyperactivity Bursts: Turning Idea Storms into Productivity Sometimes, I experience intense bursts of energy where my brain becomes hyper-creative, and I’m hit with an “idea storm.” Thoughts flood in, and in my mind, I’ve launched multiple new business ventures – all before 9am! At work, this often means my brilliant team has to sift through an avalanche of ideas while nodding along - bless them! Over the years, I’ve learned to manage these bursts, allowing me to verbalise them more accurately by: 1️⃣ Being transparent with my team that my brain works this way, even though I can’t always predict when it’ll happen. 2️⃣ Writing my ideas down before they vanish – I keep a dedicated space on my phone for moments like these. 3️⃣ Scheduling emails to share my thoughts in a more structured way or staggering them so they don’t all hit at once (they actually don’t know this one, so lets keep it under wraps!). Most importantly, this works because of the two-way understanding I’ve built with my amazing team.
