Great insights on 11x! 👏 Having tested multiple AI SDR platforms, I completely agree with your assessment. Here's what most vendors aren't telling you: Current AI SDR tools work best for: • Enterprise with existing SDR teams • Companies with quality control processes • Businesses ready to handle high volume Why? Because you still need humans to: • Verify AI-generated messages • Handle complex responses • Maintain conversation quality • Manage pipeline effectively For most startups and SMBs, there's a better way: AI + Human hybrid managed services. Here's why: • No need to hire/train SDR team • Quality control built-in • Pay only for results • Start seeing ROI in 2-3 weeks I've seen both approaches firsthand - while AI tools are improving rapidly, managed services combining AI + human expertise still deliver better ROI for smaller teams.

CEO @ Sybill | Your AE's dream AI assistant

🚀Just took a demo of 11x - the AI SDR platform that recently secured $50M from Andreessen Horowitz! 🥂 At Sybill, we’re always evaluating tools that could enhance our sales process. Here's my candid assessment of 11x: The platform provides three core capabilities: ✅ Imports contacts from Sales Nav and other sources ✅ Enriches their roles, titles, and other information ✅ Creates and runs automated campaigns with personalized messaging What worked well? The generated messages were good, tailored to each contact, and felt human. Plus, managing and tracking campaigns across LinkedIn and email from a single dashboard is a huge time-saver. Reality check, though - Like most AI SDR tools (Artisan, AISDR), human input is still critical—particularly for catching and responding to leads. The team mentioned they're working on smart auto-reply functionality, which shows promise. They also recommended verifying each message before sending, which makes sense, given where the tech stands today. On the cost front - I am not allowed to disclose exact pricing 🤐 However, the team claims a lead-to-meetings conversion of ~0.5-1%, making the cost per booked meeting around $200-300. Not bad on paper. But here's my take - for younger companies, you're probably looking at closer to 0.1%, which shoots the cost up to $1000+ per meeting. That's... expensive. Verdict: 11x offers a compelling step forward, making SDRs more efficient, but full automation is still a few iterations away. The tech is impressive—just not quite “Jarvis from Iron Man” yet. Think “Alfred from Batman”— helpful, but still reliant on human input. That said, rapid is improving rapidly, and I’m eager to see how this space evolves. #SalesInnovation #AI #SalesAutomation #Tech #CEO #SalesLeadership #AIinSales #FutureOfSales #B2B #SDRs #StartupGrowth
