For example, you were saying you went to Adrian's dinner and the chef was walking you through what they were doing and they were doing it right in front of you. There's not everybody who's going to be able to do that, right. Some people just know how to execute. So it's important that you do get somebody knowledgeable and spend a little bit extra. You know, if you really want a good experience, you want somebody versatile who can really, you know, work you through the event rather than just somebody who comes there and, you know, keeps their head down and does the one thing. Yeah. And going back to your point early, like at the very beginning, like event experience, it's like. The food and drink journey is just as important from the start to the finish also as just that overall, like when you get the invitation to when you leave the door, you know, plan your food and beverage journey thoughtfully. Like, you know, again, that welcome drink when guests arrive are going to make them feel like, OK, I'm walking into something special. It's just it sets that tone kind of from the beginning, you know, positioning your food stations or your bars and areas to make sure that. Like they make sense in the flow of the space that they're not going to clog up certain areas and people can't get to the restrooms because there's a lineup.

My face watching the contestants on The Apprentice failing at event management... Timing is literally everything when it comes to events. Allow a 10 minute buffer either side of your event timings, but ultimately stick to them.
