This week, we're thrilled to spotlight Red Brick Station Restaurant & Brew Pub and @Ando's Market. Red Brick Station is owned by the wonderful @Bill Blocher, with @Paul Wienecke Jr. as GM, and Bill's daughter, @Katie Izzo, running the delightful Ando's Italian Market. This group has been the heart of their community for many years, offering exceptional experiences and fostering a sense of collaboration. Since the challenging times of COVID, Bill and I have shared in win-win solutions, strengthening our bond. Paul and Bill have actively participated in our Restaurant Best Practice Share meetings, providing a valuable sounding board for restaurant entrepreneurs to share successes and failures. At Lib's Grill, we are fortunate to have their establishments so close to ours. Our evolution of a creative craft beer program has been greatly influenced by their ability to create value and exceptional experiences at both Red Brick Station and Ando's Market.
