Before your next big presentation, make sure to ask these two critical logistics questions: 1️⃣ How big is the room? 2️⃣ How big is the screen? In large rooms with lots of seats, your slides need to be visual and high-level. Ensure the person in the very last row can see and understand everything on every slide.

Clarity is everything. Big slides packed with information are easy to make, but hard for viewers to take in. Breaking up big slides into a series of simpler slides helps a ton! And creates more motion in the presentation too. That principle of speaking, presenting, and designing for the back of the room is so good - no matter what the room size! Great advice that I wish more presenters would follow, Libby!
