🤖 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗔𝗜 - 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁? 𝗦𝗼 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁? 𝗡𝗼𝘄 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁? 🌟 🌀 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙙? At Liberating Structures Connect 2024, the beautiful gathering of #LiberatingStructures practitioners in Germany organized by Birgit Nieschalk, Anja Ebers co-created a rich collection of carefully crafted What? So What? Now What? questions using the collective intelligence of the group. 💡 This inspired me to see how AI could refine, expand, and facilitate meaningful reflection questions. So, I crafted a custom GPT using a tailored prompt to facilitate the What? So What? Now What? reflection process dynamically, adapting the questions to your topic and inputs. 🚀 𝙎𝙤 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩? 𝙒𝙝𝙮 𝙙𝙤𝙚𝙨 𝙞𝙩 𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧? This experiment highlighted the synergy between human expertise and AI innovation: ✅ Enhanced Reflection: AI crafts and asks questions with precision and depth, based on expert examples, fostering richer insights. This shows how human creativity can amplify AI's potential. Vice versa, AI’s facilitation, voice mode, and transcription augment the What? So What? Now What? reflection process. ✅ Scalability: The custom GPT makes structured reflection processes accessible to a broader audience in their preferred language and context. This enables self-guided learning, reflection and facilitation at scale. ✅ Collaborative Creativity: Sharing insights from Anja’s session and my custom GPT opens doors for more creative ideas, applications, and learnings to emerge. 👉 𝙉𝙤𝙬 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩? 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩’𝙨 𝙣𝙚𝙭𝙩? 🎁 I’m excited to share this custom GPT with you! 🔗 Ready to give it a try? It’s for free but needs an OpenAI ChatGPT account. https://lnkd.in/dVVmE96N ✨ 𝟲 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗧𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗨𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺 𝗚𝗣𝗧 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘆 🚶♂️Go for a Walk: Ideas flow naturally and easily when walking. Treat your body with some movement while you train your mind. 🎙️ Use Voice Mode: On the mobile or desktop app, hold the microphone button while speaking for natural, hands-free interaction without interruption. ➡️ Guide Transitions: Smoothly move between categories with prompts like, “Let’s move to So What?” or “Now, let’s explore Now What?” 🔄 Adjust Questions: Refine questions in real time by saying, “shorter questions please” or “ask more [pragmatic] questions?” 📖 Review Your Reflections: Use chat history to revisit insights, share key takeaways with others, or continue chatting with AI about it. ⏸️ Reflect and Respond: Pause after each question to give yourself time to process and share thoughtful answers. #LSConnect24 #AIinLearning #Collaboration #Reflection
