#wtsuropinion #mytake #freshers #hardwork #gradualsuccess #cfbr #connections I think everybody just being emotional and ignoring the fact that we need to keep the importance of the Designation, the skills and exposure it requires, the education it demand etc. You can't just allow any fresher to be in the Organization just on the base "Tbhe to experience milega" Freshers need to understand they will be hired as fresher also bt in the role fits for freshers, you can't just give the wheel to those who dOn't know how to drive. If you say train them then give the wheel, so every organization simply don't have resources for the training of freshers, although they do invest on existing employees. Freshers need to apply where they will be accepted as freshers, learn there and then shift the gear to see new heights...!! Yeh whe baat hOgae jo aj kal kch con con wle keh rhe hain business kro parhae ka kia hai,,!!! Like this new generation is just manipulated that you should be hired by the company either you are fresher etc...!! No dear one need to learn need to get the exposure to be at a specific place..!! Like you can't be a DR just by clearing your matriculation in Biology,,,!!!
