Proposal call: Water and Development Partnership Programme #oppurtunities The call will follow a two-stage selection process. Initial project ideas must be submitted by 9.00 CET on 18 March 2024, using the templates and guidelines provided below. Results will be shared by 8 April, and the teams behind the most promising ideas will be invited to submit full proposals by  9.00 CEST on 6 May 2024. The final selection will be announced at the end of June.  IHE Delft’s Water and Development Partnership Programme invites proposals for projects in the water sector with focus on research, education and/or capacity strengthening activities. This call for proposals targets inter- and transdisciplinary projects from non-European low-and middle-income countries that align with the programme’s focus, philosophy and approach. NEMA is extremely disappointed in last night’s announcement that the International Code Council’s (ICC) Board of Directors has granted the special interests’ appeals of the 2024 International Energy Conservation Code (IECC). The announcement is the unfortunate end to a protracted process that will impede access to efficient, energy-resilient, high-performing homes and businesses. Openness, transparency, and consensus are cornerstones of the code and standards development process. The discussion, moderated by Annika Brack, explored the importance of this concept in the context of European energy integration and crisis response.     Banet's insights illuminated the multifaceted layers of energy solidarity, from crisis assistance to fostering integrated European energy systems.
