Have you considered a co-chairing model for your charity? The chair's role is becoming increasingly demanding in modern governance, and we’re asking if expecting one person to have the time and necessary skills is too much for an often voluntary role. Introducing a co-chair model means that each chair can really specialise in what they’re bringing to the table.
