The EU Peers project is dedicated to enhancing and promoting the Integrated Home Renovation Services (IHRS) concept as a vital tool to significantly boost the residential renovation rate across Europe. At the heart of EU Peers is the Community of Practice, designed to foster collaboration among practitioners to tackle common challenges in home renovation. This community serves as a dynamic hub, offering various entry points and participation opportunities for all members, including One-Stop Shops and other stakeholders involved in Integrated Home Renovation Services. 🔑 Key Features of the EU Peers Community: Community Platforms - The structure comprises seven dedicated platforms for nine priority countries (Italy, France, Spain, Hungary, Ireland, and the Baltic countries—Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia) plus one for all other EU countries. Regular Learning Activities - Each platform hosts ongoing peer exchange and learning activities to share knowledge and best practices. Networking Events - EU Peers facilitates both in-person and online networking events for capacity building among members. Mentoring Program - A dedicated mentoring initiative supports the establishment of new One-Stop Shop initiatives, ensuring effective implementation of IHRS. Advocacy and Policy Recommendations - The project actively works to enhance the framework conditions for IHRS through advocacy, policy dialogue, and collaboration with market stakeholders.
