“Showing gratitude is one of the most simplest, yet powerful things human can do for each other - Randy Pausch.” Gratitude and appreciation is a lifestyle, it is not just words, but who we become by living by this principle. When we express gratitude to others, even for little actions, we create a surreal feeling in the mind of the doer, that their good will is acknowledged and of utmost importance. It can start with as little as saying thank you to your parents for feeding and caring for you, to your friends for being there, and to your religious leaders for their selfless acts. Gratitude is a form of our highest self, you become the best version of yourself when you appreciate everything in your life. Gratitude attracts positivity, abundance and a deep seated love. It creates a source of strength and instills happiness, leaving you with a smile on your face. Gratitude softens the heart, replenish the mind with beautiful thoughts and encourages one to spread seeds of good deeds wherever they go.🌻

Something wonderful happens, even miraculous. Your life has been touched in such an overwhelmingly beautiful and almost incomparable way, you can barely contain yourself. Miracles do happen. If you do not think that they do, then who or what are you, given the gift of Life itself extended you from Love is nothing short of a miracle! In that moment, when magic happens, do you tend to hold on to the pleasure of it and keep it all for yourself, or do you pay the pleasure of it forward that others might experience it also, and then they in turn give of it to another who in turn gives of it further, each time increasing its energy. How else to keep it alive, that it should even continue to stay with you, than through the sharing of it, yes? You see, the most perfect, the most ideal way to express your gratitude, indeed to express yourself as the steward of your finest self, for what you have been given the gift of Life itself as a gesture of Unconditional Love, is through the giving of it to your brethren and not coveting it for yourself. And then to consider too, that this very same level of gratitude you ought express in appreciation of even the smallest gesture of kindness afforded you, is the very same thing that can change this word for the better in the face of any hardship that tears at the heart of our humanity. What I think I am trying to say here to you; to share with you, is that gratitude does not or rather should not differentiate much less discriminate between states. It is as Love, both the giver and the receiver and you the vessel from which its essence is poured that the poor they are no more and Peace reigns ever supreme. And now - yes right now! - there is no better time to honour your life through the sharing of Love as was Love first gifted to you, in gratitude for Who You Are and All That Is as it was and ever shall be.

Each Wednesday, between 5.30 am and 7 am EST, I moderate a virtual room on #Clubhouse called ‘Daily Gratitude: What Are You Grateful For?”. The most beautiful thing about this room is the kind of things people share from across the globe. Here’re a few things that I happened to listen and felt grateful for having discovered this wonderful space of peace, love and gratefulness: · Operate from the space of emotional intelligence: Emotional intelligence is compassion, empathy, understanding, care and all related things wrapped together. Emotional intelligence makes you allow the space for everyone coexisting in your space to grow and become whoever they want to. EI allows you to be inclusive, loving and positive. · You’re perfect as you are: Whose out there to question your perfection? You’re perfect with everything you bring as a package. · People who leave you do so because there time with you is over. · If you’ve a problem with god, it’s only that something in you -may be fear, guilt or resentment—is stopping you from feeling his grace. · Live gratitude by feeling grateful to all that’s happening in your life so that all challenges melt and turn into something so beautifully positive to you. In the space of gratitude, you find yourself spiritually centred, graceful and calm. #Gratitude #Forgiveness #RelationshipWithGod #Perfection #Relationship #Love #Spirituality

Gratitude friends Gratitude is a way of living and being in the trust and reverence of these sacred agreements that seem to be woven into everything. Knowing that the cycles and sequences are a rhythm connecting, not separating us from creation. From this lens, it feels more profound; it’s not necessarily about writing gratitude lists (although that is a worthy practice); the potency is when you sit in it and listen, feeling it deep within your bones. Sometimes, a smile slips through your lips, or the ocean rolls down your cheeks in the overwhelming sensation of the appreciation you are experiencing, to see the beauty, experience the love, and find the gift that gratitude can alchemize in any given situation. In this world, it is customary to say ‘thanks’ or have gratitude when we receive it, and this may be the first step to finding and living in this space. However, there is no placement or right way to be grateful; its expression is non-linear. For all of us who have access to reading and comprehending this post, how do you work with gratitude in your life? I ask you to sit in the feeling of gratitude. What does it feel like to you? Breathe it and let it ripple down the waterfalls into the rivers to meet the sea. Go beyond the thank you and access the power of gratitude, an expression of love with the ability to change any storyline. Be well, Lee xx
