20hFoundational Models are scrap with not enough hit and try, even more hit and try, they are scrap because founders are not so much into it or less smart. Two things which makes a product great: 1) Founders are so much obsessed with it , that somehow they will make it great. 2) The Founders are really smart, that they can outsmart other products with ease with pretty decent fund. 3) Adversity will make their role and somehow it could go anywhere but went into one or two founders pocket. This is the rarest but the greatest.
