Are you a business owner or an employee in your business? If you are a Solicitor - submitting billable hours Coach - inserted in your sales process Product business - selling on the shop floor Book editor - editing clients books .... then you are an employee and your business will stagnate very quickly. Now don't get me wrong, we are all an employee within our businesses at the beginning, however, to grow and scale your business you need to step into the role of business owner and start working on your business. You can’t get there from here, is so true, but you have to work out where 'there' is and make a plan!

We often forget that when you are out there, you are the salesperson of your business and people only buy when they understand the value associated with what you offer.
