Neat idea using the motor windings as a transformer for a boost converter while charging. Also exposing all the winding leads allows for a Wye to Delta transformation to meet the performance requirements better than compromising on one or the other. Smart. https://lnkd.in/gT4xa3rA

Had a strange fault on this flexi where the steering would only kick in if the handbrake was down when first turning the truck on and as soon as you pulled the handbrake up and put it back down again, steering would lock out - found the steering angle sensor was at fault and had lost its output voltage so replaced this and now the truck is back up and running again. Automating EV Battery Tray Inspection Increases Speed of Information

Today’s electric cars typically carry on-board chargers that manage power flow bidirectionally between the vehicle and the grid for operations such as V2G (Vehicle to Grid), V2L (Vehicle to Load), and V2H (Vehicle to Home). The 62000D also offers a pure electronic load mode with constant current (CC), constant power (CP), and constant resistance (CR) control, especially useful for simulating battery charging behavior during development and testing of BOBCs. In contrast to traditional methods requiring separate instruments for DC power supply and regenerative DC load, a single Chroma 62000D unit now suffices for conducting both charging and discharging tests autonomously.
