Empowering Businesses with Talent Solutions

When women in tech feel included at their workplaces, they're more inclined to remain with their employers. Our study indicates that 79% of women describe their work environment as either "good" or "excellent" in terms of inclusivity. This sense of inclusion is crucial for reducing staff turnover and boosting productivity. Despite this, challenges such as gender bias and a lack of diversity persist for women in the tech sector. We need to continue striving for a tech industry that respects and uplifts diverse voices. 🔗 Full report here: https://lnkd.in/gXiXb9SS #InclusiveWorkplaces #WomenInTech #STEMDiversity #RetentionMatters #LorienGlobal
