A huge thank you to all those who joined our insightful webinar! 🙌 Together, Together, we explored how to create supportive environments where well-being is prioritized. Here are three key takeaways from the session: 1️ From "Ill-being" to Well-being: It's time to shift our mindset—from reacting to burnout to proactively creating environments where well-being is embedded in everything we do. 2️ Starts with the Individual: Self-compassion is key. Teachers need to give themselves permission to pause, reflect, and take care of their own mental health. 3 Long-term Solutions > Quick Fixes: Real, sustainable change requires consistency. It's not just about one-off programs—it’s about making well-being an integral part of the system. We’re committed to creating a future where well-being is *at the heart* of everything we do. 🌱 Let’s work together to make it a reality. 🎥 Missed the webinar? No worries!
