This is the essence of agility... ... having the courage to make improvements. Improvements require change, and change is scary. While I agree with this post 100%, there is one key ingredient you need to add for success. 🌟 LEARN! Starting over doesn't mean you have to go back to scratch. It means thinking critically about what you have... ... keep what works ... fix what doesn't ... have the courage to go back to the beginning if that's what it takes. As you build towards your goals, you learn more about your goals. Your vision becomes more clear. Sometimes this clarity reveals that you're off course... ... So make a correction. Or it reveals that your priorities have changed... ... So start something new. If you're always learning, you never truly start over because YOU have changed. You carry with you all your new skills and improved understanding.
