🌟 Imposter Syndrome: Is it Just a Syndrome? What is following me every day? Lack of self-confidence Belief that success is determined by luck Fear of not being good enough Excessively high expectations of myself Strong fear of failure So am I an impostor, or is it just a so-called syndrome? Let's face the truth. A year and a half ago, I made a career switch into data analytics, attended Turing College, consistently achieving top marks. I progressed to become a junior team lead and eventually landed my amazing job as a financial investigator at Guidehouse. Through successful trainings, I advanced from junior to more complex analysis, mentoring others, conducting training sessions, and providing feedback, several days ago became a Knowledge Expert - that was a luck? I won't offer advice on how to deal with imposter syndrome because I'm still figuring it out myself. But one thing I know for sure: time heals, and results speak for themselves. Sometimes, it's not just coincidence, and they don't see you as an impostor. More or less, they all grapple with feeling like impostors themselves. #imposture #workflows #struggleisreal
