Sometimes we can get stuck in the weeds and either forget or can’t see the value we bring to others. Everybody brings value in their own unique way. Sometimes we need a reminder to look at all we have achieved - big and small, and our contribution. 🌟 To remind yourself just how great you are: ✨Take a few minutes every day to celebrate your wins big and small. ✨Jot them down in a notebook or in a word document. ✨Review them on a regular basis and see how far you’ve come. This is one of the big things I’ve learned from being coached - celebrating the wins big and small. So in case you need a reminder : You are amazing! If you need a bit of support to remind yourself how amazing you are drop me a message saying “Coaching” to see how I can support you.
It's the end of another week! Be proud of what you accomplished, whether or not you got all the way through that to-do list. 🙌 What's one thing you achieved this week?

There is so much power in celebrating your daughters’ efforts. Recognizing their hard work – not just their successes – can significantly boost their confidence. Here’s how you can do it: • Praise Specific Actions: Instead of just saying “great job,” try acknowledging the specific effort they put in. For example, “I loved how dedicated you were in practice this week!” This shows them that you see their hard work. • Create a “Wins” Board: Set up a space at home where you can post their achievements, big or small. It could be a drawing they’re proud of, a good grade, or simply finishing a challenging book! • Share Your Own Efforts: Talk to them about your own challenges and how you felt proud of your efforts, regardless of the outcome. This opens up a conversation about perseverance and growth. What’s one way you celebrate your daughter’s efforts? Share your ideas or experiences below! Let’s inspire each other! 👇✨

Need a little nudge in the right direction? We all do it – begin the year with aspirations that we want to achieve right away. Trouble is, most of us are really good at setting a goal and starting on a path towards that goal with huge enthusiasm and determination ... ... and then life happens. Something holds us up. Could be a lack of information, or too much of it! Could be something that requires more time than we have available, or more consideration than we thought. So we let the goal (that once seemed so important) slip down the to-do list just a little bit. Always with the best intentions to pick it up again 'when we can'. But somehow it just doesn't get done. Days slip into weeks, slip into months and then, it’s almost Easter before we know it!! And, we're still where we were, doing what we were doing but determined that *this* time next year it will be different! If this resonates, maybe i can help? I offer both 121 and group support.

🔖WHY YOU SHOULD USE A TO - DO LIST I recently watched a video where a mentor I respect shared how he executes his plans. He explained that great accomplishments are not by wishful thinking or just "prayer and fasting" as many Christians like to emphasize. He stressed the need to be practical and take decisive steps towards accomplishing set goals. While sharing, he talked about how he uses a To-Do List every night before sleeping, writing his plans for the next day. Then following it through as soon as he wakes up. Ticking each one Done ✅ as soon as he executes it. I was like Wow...This is so simple and practical. Of course I was familiar with To-Do List and it's importance before this time(though I had not been using it consistently) but hearing it from one I respected further stressed it's importance and I made a decision to begin using my To-Do List more consistently. In so doing I have become more focused, organized and clear on my goals. I also have become more action-oriented and less prone to procrastination. 💡As this week begins, I'll advise you to have a daily to do list and follow it through. You'll be thrilled by the results that will follow. Have a blessed week!🙏

"I've got a lot on my plate right now, so I have to pass." This ⬆️ is what I'm hearing from a lot of you in response to my DO IT SCARED Challenge. 𝘽𝙪𝙩 𝙟𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙉𝙊𝙏 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙖𝙙𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙖𝙡𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙮 𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙛𝙡𝙤𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚. 𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗢𝗙𝗙 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗲𝗿. Join us in the Challenge this October where you will: • Pick something that you've been avoiding or that is a 'must do' for the month. • Commit to finishing it (finally!) • Take intentional action on that thing (versus just letting it sit there for yet another month) • Be accountable for doing what you say you'll do (in a nice way) • Get support to understand and work through any self-doubt roadblocks that are trying to stop you (procrastination, perfectionism, confusion, comparison, imposter syndrome, 'should', etc.) I'm not here to overload you. I'm here to lighten that load. The DO IT SCARED Challenge starts Tuesday, 10/1. BONUS for signing up by tomorrow at 6 pm. Don't stay stuck with that full plate. Join us. You don’t need anyone’s approval to be who you are. You don’t need anyone’s validation to be great. You know what I’m talking about? Life isn’t about seeking validation like you’re trying to earn a gold star in kindergarten. It’s about owning your flaws and saying, “Yeah, I’ve got issues, but who doesn’t? That’s what makes me, me!” We all trip and fall. I mean, I’ve stumbled more times than my toddler, Theo, when he was learning to walk! You see, it’s not about how many times you hit the ground; it’s about how many times you get back up and laugh about it. Ever see a kid fall? They dust off their knees and keep playing! Being better isn’t just for you; it’s for the people around you. You want to feel good? Do good! When you lift others up, you’re not just making them better; you’re also shining a spotlight on your own greatness. Stop waiting for someone to give you a thumbs-up. Stop waiting for others to validate you. Embrace who you are, laugh at your mess-ups, learn from them, and keep going! You got this.

“When I grow up, will I always be in a hurry like you are?” Her words hit me like a ton of bricks as I replayed the afternoon. We had been hustling all day from soccer, football, various errands, quick run into the store for a present before arriving at this bday party. I had just told her that we were leaving at cake time because we had to hurry. Then she asked me that question. I believe in stopping to smell the roses and relishing life’s simple gifts. But, we don’t linger long. In fact, we have been rushing for years in my family. I am passionate about showing my kids that you can have it all, but was I having fun actually doing it all?!! Her question led me to realize I had taken on some things that didn’t enrich our lives. It was time for a re-prioritization!! These questions guided my approach: 1. What is necessary? 2. Can necessary be restructured/improved? 3. What is next important? Then rank. 4. What else is taking time? 5. What would be the effect if eliminated? Curious if anyone else has done some recent re-prioritizing. Any key learnings you can share?
