🔍 SEARCHABILITY 🔎 2024 is a major clean up year for Orangetheory L&D 🧹 Our guiding principle: if what I’m looking for doesn’t pop up directly in front of me without having to scroll or click after my search term, it’s not clean enough. Our solution: TAGS TAGS TAGS We began by cleaning up everything old and consolidating what’s new. Then, we got creative with our tagging. Looking for our Approved Nutrition Toolkit? You might search nutrition, you probably won’t search toolkit, and you very well may search “Gatorade.” So we’ve added them all. It’s been a mixture of letting our LMS’ AI autogenerate tags and our human rockstars like Megan Witt checking and editing (no, we probably aren’t searching “Storage Closet” to find our Sales Associate Daily Task Checklist… but I see what you did there little robot! Finally, thanks to Paul Aurelius we have implemented #PowerBi dashboards to help us fact check! ☁️ The word cloud you see here? Those are our most searched terms for the past 30 days. ✅ Biweekly we check the report and make sure the right things pop up when those terms are searched. We are man working with machine at OTF L&D 🦾🍊
