For the last 40 years, it has been the global benchmark for process technologies, equipment, aesthetics, and design for the #ceramic and #brick industry. It is a reference appointment for professionals working with materials for construction, architecture, and design. Within TECNA, a special project is promoted: #Decortech, a platform where companies dealing with raw materials and technologies can obtain the know-how to ensure the best aesthetic, quality, and finishing. Reintroducing Danish night trains 🚆🌙 Peter van der Beek, former student at Det Kongelige Akademi, was nominated for a Danish Design Award 2024 for his innovative design, EC 24/7. EC 24/7 reimagines night trains, connecting Denmark to Central Europe in a green, affordable, and enjoyable way. The design introduces a new type of train that works day and night. The Dream Sphere, designed by DP Architects group in collaboration with Kingsmen Creatives Ltd, is poised to captivate the world at #Expo2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan.   Set in a beautifully curated Dream Scape and enveloped by some 20,000 recycled aluminium Dream Discs, the pavilion is designed to be bold, tactile and experiential. The patterning of its façade draws references from Seihaiga, a traditional Japanese motif. Constructed as #modular components, the mounting of the aluminium discs calls to mind the Japanese cultural practice of hanging up well-wishing plaques, Ema. Metaphorically, it culminates the energy of thousands of dreams for a better and more #sustainable future, with each aluminium Dream Disc coming together to form a collective spectacle that becomes the core expression of the Singapore Pavilion – the Dream Sphere.   Distilling the aspirations of #Singapore into unique experiences and spatial narratives, the Singapore Pavilion hopes to be a #catalystforprogress by inspiring #dreamsforthefuture, connecting #sharedaspirations and sparking #collectiveaction; so that we can take steps towards realising a brighter, healthier and #betterthansustainable future for all lives.   #dreamconnectfuture #shapingdreams #wheredreamstakeshape #modulardesign #designforassembly #SGpavilion2025 #passionmadepossible #lowcarbon
