In crafting these verses, he skillfully ensures that his narrative, and those of countless others, do not fade into obscurity or succumb to invisibility in the annals of human history, with these words in mind. I would like to announce that my article, "Unveiling Power Dynamics: The In_Visibility In Orient-Occident Relations," has been published in PoliLegal - Politics, Law and Society of the Jindal Global Law School (JGLS) Global. Mohammad Ould Slahi, unlawfully detained for over a decade at Guantanamo Bay, endured unimaginable torture and censorship of his writings through state mechanisms. This article explores how such state actions perpetuate invisibility and injustice. My article is both a tribute to the resilient people of Gaza and a critical examination of the American dream's stark reality. It aims to shed light on the fundamental discrepancies and injustices faced by marginalized communities, challenging us to rethink and reshape our understanding of justice and equality. This work is a tribute to every Palestinian who has lost their life striving for liberation and justice. It aims to amplify their voices and shed light on the injustices they face daily. The editors of Springer's Global Encyclopedia of Territorial Rights gave me the opportunity to write a chapter on Abkhazia's secession. Although the area still remains an open wound in the Caucasus, it was a stimulating experience to revisit past readings and discover new approaches as I tried to formulate an "institutionalist" explanation of separatism and conflict in Abkhazia. I’m exited to announce after about a year of writing, my thesis finally complete. This thesis dives into the history of the Israel/Palestine Conflict. In order to get a better understanding, I conduct a survey to understand different perspectives of the conflict depending on educational status, as well as religious and political affiliations. I also discuss the varieties of failures and successes of The Camp David Accords, Oslo Accords, and the Annapolis Peace Conference. And also provide the steps necessary to obtain peace since the events of October 2023. As well as the necessary strategies for the next peace negotiation, if that were to ever happen in the future.

The theoretical framework applied is the operational code (a quantitative method), which examines a leader's belief system through discourse and text analysis. Khatami’s presidency marked a period of relative openness and reform in Iran. His foreign policy focused on dialogue, improving relations with the West, and regional cooperation. In the midst of this digital revolution, Ghana has also found itself under siege from the spread of misinformation, disinformation, and hate speech. This has not only led to confusion and mistrust among its citizens but has also threatened the very fabric of its society. In "Truth Under Siege: Combating Misinformation, Disinformation, and Hate Speech in Ghana", we delve into the pressing issue of how false information and hateful rhetoric are infiltrating our media landscape and influencing public discourse. Drawing on extensive research and firsthand accounts from experts in various fields, this book provides a comprehensive analysis of the prevalence and impact of these destructive forces in Ghanaian society. From political propaganda to fake news, we explore the various forms that misinformation takes and its detrimental effects on democracy, social cohesion, and individual rights. We also examine how advancements in technology have made it easier for these harmful messages to spread rapidly across different platforms, making it increasingly challenging to combat them effectively. But amidst this bleak landscape, we also shine a light on the efforts being made by individuals, organizations, and governments to fight against misinformation and promote truthfulness in Ghana.
