As change agents, our duty extends beyond providing solutions; it involves engaging diverse voices in the process and building lasting capacities to sustain progress." I don't want to see any more advice from leaders at billion dollar+ companies. Leadership is easy when you have a golden parachute, your worst outcome is a bad quarter, and your board will prop you up even when your products are killing people (What's up, Boeing spending $78M on a CEO whose leadership covered hundreds of deaths and dismal public impact). If you're a legacy admission to a big school with family money and running an org with more money than most countries, it's unlikely we've got much to learn from you. I want to see leadership advice from the folks running small businesses, non-profits that are improving the world, employee-owned co-ops who actually answer to their employees rather than shareholders... THOSE folks have powerful skills and impactful experiences we can learn from.
