Gintaras Rimša participated in the session "Bridging Business, Education, and Innovation – Paving the Way for AI-Driven Green Manufacturing" and shared critical insights from the industry perspective. ✅ During the session, Gintaras shared valuable insights on the role of AI in revolutionizing the manufacturing sector; the importance of fostering collaboration, innovation, and skills development across RIS countries. Gintaras also highlighted Lithuania’s achievements through various EIT Manufacturing projects, showcasing how these initiatives integrate advanced technologies, enhance workforce skills, and promote sustainability in manufacturing. ✅ The overall discussion emphasized the importance of addressing the digital gap in manufacturing, highlighting the need for upskilling and reskilling the workforce to adapt to the rapidly evolving demands of AI and digital transformation.
