My brilliant colleagues release a regular Trade Insights publication which I found really good and useful for clients and corporates at large. I'm pleased to feature on the most recent edition where I share some of my experience and insights related to the role of a Treasurer in optimising trade working capital. Marrying the physical supply chain with the financial chain, in a data-driven and continuous process improvement approach, unlocks value, creates efficiency and strengthens partnerships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders within the organisation. This is all the more the case where "just-in-case" is now as relevant as "just-in-time", where resilience has become an essential aspect of strategy complementing risk management, and where macro-economic factors have also increased the holding cost of working capital. Please have a look and let me know what you think. Gwynne Master, Mansour Davarian, Rogier van Lammeren, Ralph Edwards, Christopher Pate #SupplyChain, #Resilience, #FinanceTransformation
