We were very pleased to welcome members of the Club PAI - People for Food additives & ingredients today to visit the #PolarDry installation of our partner Fluidair. This new drying technology offers multiple advantages: improved #encapsulation (particle structuring), non-oxidizing conditions (drying under nitrogen) and low temperatures (more available water) help preserve actives compounds and develop ingredients with a high level of quality. Thanks to this new equipment, LIS by Lesaffre in association with Fluidair can now support the development of new ingredients from formulation and lab scale testing to the industrialization stage.
