QLD Mental Health Week 5 -13 October This week marks mental health week just because you can’t see an illness doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. Mental health challenges affect many people in different ways. Amongst other things the rising cost of living can be contributing factor. Sometimes, all it takes from someone is a simple gesture—a coffee, a kind word, just being there to listen or pay it forward. These small acts can make a world of difference in helping someone navigate their way to better mental well-being. Let's remember to check in on those around us and offer our support, because we never know who might be struggling. #MentalHealthMatters #SupportEachOther

As we approach Mental Health Awareness Day, it's important to remember that mental health challenges are experienced by many. 1 in 6 people are affected, which means that these issues can touch the lives of our colleagues, friends, and family. This is a reminder for us all to prioritize mental well-being and support each other in our journeys. Let’s create a culture where everyone feels safe to speak openly about their mental health, knowing they will be met with understanding and compassion. 💫 Be kind to your mind. Your well-being matters. #MentalHealthAwareness #SamerHasanAndPartners
