Using flow drilling and tapping, we create threaded bushes in thin-walled tubes, eliminating the need for inserts or welded bosses. This process forms a bush with 300% greater depth than the tube thickness, allowing for strong, reliable threads. https://lnkd.in/eY-wPETZ #FlowDrilling #ThreadedBushes #TubeInnovation

T38 T45 T51 Drill Rod Threaded Round MF Rod 10 Feet Long For bench Drilling. For Extension Rod and M/F steel process, the below two different types of heat treatment are used to strengthen high speed and powerful percussive drill string components to maximize their performance and reliability. -Cannibalization is a process used to harden the entire rod surface both internally and externally to strengthen and extend the life of the rod. - High Frequency Induction is a process where only the thread ends of the rod are hardened to lengthen thread life. #MiningMachinery #RockDrillingTools #ConstructionEquipment #QuarryingTools #PrecisionDrilling #IndustrialMachinery https://buff.ly/4bgB27D

【24/100】Challenge:100 posts about drill bits Optimizing PDC Drill Bit Cutting Structure for Enhanced Performance ●Tooth Geometry and Size Selection Depending on the rock hardness and drilling conditions, you can choose from different cutter sizes: 13mm, 16mm, and 19mm. 💎 13mm cutters are ideal for soft formations 💎 16mm for medium-hard formations 💎 19mm for harder rock layers. Selecting the appropriate tooth size will significantly enhance drilling efficiency and bit durability. ●Cutting Angle Selection The cutting angle directly affects both the stability and efficiency of the bit. Common cutting angles include 12°, 15°, and 18°. 💎 12° is ideal for soft formations and provides faster drilling speeds 💎 15° is versatile for most common formations, balancing drilling speed and stability; 💎 18° is best for hard rock formations, reducing vibration and extending bit life. Based on your drilling requirements, we can recommend the most suitable cutting angle. #PDCDrillBits #ToothGeometry #CuttingAngle #DrillingEfficiency #OilAndGas #DrillingSolutions #DrillBitTechnology #RockDrilling #OilfieldEquipment #DrillingInnovation #CustomDrillBits

♦️🟡Shale Shaker Components♦️🟡 🟡 #Vibrating_Screen: The key component of a shale shaker is a series of vibrating screens or sieves, typically made of wire mesh or perforated plates. These screens separate the solid particles from the drilling fluid based on size. 🟡#Shaker_Basket: The vibrating screens are mounted on a shaker basket, which oscillates or vibrates to agitate the drilling fluid and facilitate the separation of solids. 🟡#Deck_Angle_Adjustment: Some shale shakers feature adjustable deck angles, allowing operators to optimize the screening efficiency by controlling the flow of drilling fluid across the vibrating screens. 🟡 #Motor_and_Drive_System: Shale shakers are equipped with motors and drive systems that provide the necessary vibration to the shaker basket, ensuring effective separation of solids from the drilling fluid. #drilling #mud #cuttings #shale_shakers #centrifuge_operator #SolidControlOperator #mudcleaningunit #oilfielddrilling #solidcontrol #oilfieldservice #mudcleaning #shaleshaker

#snsinstitutions #snsdesignthinkers #designthinking The crack repair process involves drilling holes of 15 mm or 20 mm in diameter that intersect with the crack plane at 90 degrees. The crack and the holes are then cleaned and vacuumed. The holes and the crack are then filled with epoxy under pressure, and 12 mm or 16 mm reinforcement bars are placed into the holes.

In a deepwater well, a cased hole sidetrack was necessary. To enhance downhole debris recovery, Halliburton recommended using 7 5/8-inch OD PowerMag® casing magnets. These magnets are designed to attract both ferrous and non-ferrous materials that become magnetically charged during pipe rotation and other movements. As a result, an average of 94% of the debris was recovered downhole, with over 7,500 pounds of metal removed during four window milling/cleaning runs.
