Domino Effect Real Estate Transaction” What a rollercoaster of a transaction 😆 . . . Here’s the story …. My buyer stepped onto the floor as the first domino in a complex chain. They found their dream home, put in a contigent offer, but here’s where it gets tricky their seller, (Seller One), had their eyes also on another property that they loved and put in an contigent offer hinging on their home selling then the audacity lol (Seller Two) also had a home they fell in love with in Florida which was also contingent upon them selling their home🤯 The pressure and stress of this transaction was super immense, as the fate of several dreams rested on this deal. When my buyers felt the weight was too much and considered walking away, because there was so much behind the scenes going on just to keep our deal afloat it was Kewana Reese from KNA Mortgage Group who turned the tide and refused to give up.💪🏾With her knowledge and expertise, she navigated the complexities, ensuring each domino fell perfectly into place.
