It’s over a week since the DfE press release about removing the overall effectiveness inspection grade. Still nothing on Ofsted’s website about what this means for inspections taking place from this term. What does this say about the relationship between the DfE and Ofsted? Any school that is due an inspection this term is entitled to ask questions about what the change will mean to the way they will be inspected. How, for example will SMSC be considered? This is currently taken into account as part of the overall effectiveness judgement. When will we see an update from Ofsted?

And that adults should lead and decrease choices for children. Michaela goes back to the idea of supporting the nation as a whole and teach the importance of shared set of common values.
