Heavy vehicles face entry restrictions from 3 PM to 1 AM on October 29-30. Moreover, a complete ban takes effect from 6 AM on October 31. Meanwhile, the restrictions continue until 6 AM on November 1. Furthermore, long-distance buses receive special permission to operate normally. However, cars and two-wheelers can move freely during the restricted period. In addition, these measures aim to prevent traffic congestion during festivities.
