Today, I'm going to share a story with you. For about four months now, I've been sporadically visiting a shoe website, which, in my opinion, is incredibly cool. I stumbled upon it by chance through an Instagram ad, but at that moment, I didn't feel the need to buy anything. However, I didn't want to lose sight of it. So, I decided to subscribe to their newsletter and their SMS Marketing service. Since then, I've received numerous captivating newsletters and SMS messages. Each one better than the last. Gorgeous shoes and new, interesting collections. One day, I even made it to the checkout because there was a great promotion for Black Friday. But I didn't make a purchase because I opted for an alternative that was more suited to my needs (I prioritized something casual). Today, yet another SMS notified me with a picture and a captivating text that the new collection is available. Fabulous colors and a pattern that drives me wild. I, therefore, visit the website and see the price, which I find reasonable. I reflect and think that I'll need it for a future occasion for my outfit. Screenshot and save to favorites. Today, I've decided that after months, I will buy that pair of shoes. And when I do, it will have been because of that ad I saw months ago. In a nutshell, this is the famous customer journey. It really can be complex for each one of us. Is being present at every customer touchpoint important? YES Should the strategy be diversified? YES Does frequency matter?
