I've written a few Estimator job postings for clients. No two are the same. This is focused specifically on the responsibilities section. Each one outlines a different mission for the role. Each one influences the volume, type, and caliber of applicants in different ways. Generic lists of tasks attract generic off-target apps. Sometimes in life we get frustrated when people are not on the same wavelength.
